With over a decade exposed to the industry with a father who designs and builds custom homes in Mississauga and Oakville, Charlene decided to enter the exciting world of Real Estate herself.  From foundation to shingles and everything in between, she's gained a great understanding and appreciation for what it takes to build a home. However, even a house built with the finest finishings, is just a house until the right family comes along to make it a home. This is where Charlene decided that she could make a difference.

In addition to her passion for Real Estate, she bring 8+ years experience in various forms of Marketing. Beginning her journey in Public Relations with Subaru Canada where she planned Auto Shows and maintained relationships with automotive journalists across Canada. Later, she found herself in a Project Management role for a Media Consultancy company running Sales Training and Revenue Generating programs with Radio and TV stations across Canada. And finally, before deciding to pursue her true passion, she let her creative side fly while in a Studio Manager role at Labatt Breweries of Canada.

All this great experience has given Charlene the confidence to transfer these skills to the marketing of her clients homes. Charlene believes that being a Realtor requires her to wear many different hats; a salesperson, a strategic thinker, a relationship builder and what she would argue most important and the hat she's worn the longest, a Marketer.
